Italy filings & disclosures.
Every annual, interim and ad-hoc report from 492 Italian listed companies — searchable, structured, free for the web. Same dataset, available via the API.
Public-company filings in Italy are supervised by Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB). Reporting follows IFRS (consolidated); Italian GAAP (separate). Filings are most commonly published in Italian and English. Major issuers are listed on FTSE MIB, FTSE Italia Mid Cap and FTSE Italia Small Cap. Calendar year predominant.
Italian disclosure — CONSOB, eMarket SDIR, and the OAM archive
Italian listed-issuer disclosure is supervised by CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa). Live announcements flow through SDIR providers (eMarket SDIR, 1info SDIR) and are warehoused in CONSOB's official storage mechanism (1info Storage / OAM). Annual reports are filed in iXBRL under the EU ESEF mandate, alongside the traditional PDF copy required by Italian transparency rules.
Italian fiscal calendars are dominated by the 31 December year-end, with the bulk of Relazioni finanziarie annuali landing between March and late April. Half-year reports follow the EU Transparency Directive timing, and Q1 / Q3 interim management statements (where issued) are spread across May and November. Ad-hoc disclosures under MAR Article 17 — price-sensitive press releases, internal-dealing notifications under Article 19, and voting-rights threshold crossings — dominate the live volume.
Accounting splits between IFRS for consolidated financials (mandatory for listed groups) and Italian GAAP (OIC standards) for separate-entity financials. The dual-disclosure pattern is universal across FTSE MIB issuers. Filing language is primarily Italian, with English versions available for almost every FTSE MIB constituent and a majority of FTSE Italia Mid Cap; small-cap disclosures are frequently Italian-only. The dataset preserves both languages and exposes language metadata on every filing.
Italy delivers a structured ESEF-tagged annual archive paired with a high-volume live ad-hoc stream — both indexed within roughly one minute of regulator publication. Filing bodies are available as JSON metadata, Markdown rendered on the public web pages, and the original PDF or iXBRL document. The Markdown rendering is particularly relevant for Italian content where the original PDF layouts vary substantially across issuers; the processed text normalises that for downstream pipelines.
