Poland listed companies.

754 publicly traded Polish companies, organised by sector and exchange. Each company links into its filings history, KPIs and reporting metadata.

Public-company filings in Poland are supervised by Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Reporting follows IFRS (consolidated); Polish GAAP (separate). Filings are most commonly published in Polish and English. Major issuers are listed on WIG20, WIG30 and mWIG40. Calendar year.

The Polish listed-company landscape — GPW and NewConnect

The Warsaw Stock Exchange is the largest equity venue in Central and Eastern Europe by listed-company count and aggregate market capitalisation. The Main Market hosts approximately 360 listed companies; the alternative NewConnect market adds roughly 350 more growth-stage and SME issuers under lighter listing requirements — giving Poland a total listed universe of around 700 companies, one of the ten largest in the EU by count.

The headline indices — WIG20 (20 large caps, free-float weighted), WIG30 (30 large and mid caps), mWIG40 (40 mid caps), and sWIG80 (80 small caps) — provide a comprehensive institutional segmentation of the Main Market. The broader WIG is the all-share index. The WIG20 is dominated by state-influenced entities: PKO Bank Polski, Bank Pekao, PZU (insurance), PKN Orlen (oil refining and retail), KGHM (copper mining), and Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG, natural gas — now merged into PKN Orlen) anchor the large-cap index, alongside privately controlled champions such as CD Projekt (video games), Allegro (e-commerce), and Dino Polska (discount retail). State ownership stakes are higher across the WIG20 than in any other major EU benchmark except possibly Portugal's PSI-20.

Sector composition is distinctive: financials (banking and insurance), materials (KGHM copper), energy (PKN Orlen, PGE, Tauron), and retail are the large-cap anchors, while the mid-cap and small-cap segments include a broader range of industrials, real estate investment vehicles, technology, and media companies. The NewConnect market captures Polish SMEs and start-ups that are too small for Main Market obligations but want a regulated public market — particularly prominent in technology, gaming, and life sciences.

FinancialReports tracks every Main Market and NewConnect-listed equity by ISIN, sector (FRCF / ISIC), exchange segment, and the ESPI/EBI disclosure channel. Company pages surface complete filings histories, ISINs, cross-listings (several WIG20 issuers trade GDRs in London), and IR metadata, refreshed daily from KNF and GPW sources. The quarterly-report obligation means that company pages update more frequently than any other CEE market in the platform.
