The Dutch listed-company universe

The Netherlands hosts a relatively small but high-quality listed-company universe — roughly 130 issuers across Euronext Amsterdam's regulated market and Euronext Growth segments, but with disproportionate global market-cap weight thanks to the country's cluster of mega-cap multinationals. The headline indices — AEX (25 large caps), AMX (25 mid caps), and AScX (25 small caps) — structure the institutional-investable layer.

The AEX is global rather than domestic by revenue mix and is technology-heavy by European standards: ASML (semiconductor lithography), Adyen (payments), Prosus (Tencent stake), Wolters Kluwer (information services), and ING (banking) are the largest constituents, with Shell, Unilever (until its 2020 unification), Heineken, Philips, Akzo Nobel, and DSM-Firmenich bringing scale in energy, consumer staples, and chemicals. Stellantis, the Fiat-PSA-Chrysler tie-up, is also Amsterdam-listed and AEX-included. Sector composition is unusually weighted toward Technology, Healthcare, and Consumer Staples relative to the European median.

FinancialReports tracks every Euronext Amsterdam-listed issuer (regulated and Growth), classified by FRCF / ISIC sector and exchange segment, with explicit cross-listing data exposed on each company record (a Dutch issuer may also trade in London, Paris, or New York). Each company page surfaces complete filings history, ISINs, multiple ticker codes, and IR metadata, refreshed daily from AFM and Euronext sources.

The cross-listing dimension is what makes Dutch coverage particularly useful for international portfolios — a single corporate event for Shell or Stellantis ripples across two or three of the platform's covered markets, and the deduplication logic surfaces those relationships rather than emitting parallel records. New IPOs and de-listings flow through the same ingestion pipeline that backs the filings index.
