Since August 2016, BENCONT COLLECTION, as has been the holder of a license from the National Bank of Slovakia to grant consumer loans without any restriction on the scope of granting consumer loans. As of August 9, 2017, BENCONT COLLECTION, as is the universal successor of PRO CIVITAS, s.r.o. Since 2018, BENCONT COLLECTION, as is a member of the Association of Slovak Collection Agencies
