VEC: Oznámenie o termíne a programe mimoriadneho valného zhromaždenia

BENCONT COLLECTION, a.s., so sídlom Vajnorská 100/A, 831 04 Bratislava, IČO: 47 967 692 (ďalej len "BENCONT COLLECTION, a.s.") v zákonnej lehote oznamuje termín a program mimoriadneho valného zhromaždenia.

Mimoriadne valné zhromaždenie obchodnej spoločnosti BENCONT COLLECTION, a.s. sa uskutoční dňa 20.11.2025 o 10:00 hod. v sídle spoločnosti na Vajnorskej ulici 100/A, 831 04 Bratislava, v budove myhive Vajnorská, na 17. posch. Program mimoriadneho valného zhromaždenia spoločnosti je nasledovný:

• 1. Otvorenie a voľba orgánov mimoriadneho valného zhromaždenia obchodnej spoločnosti BENCONT COLLECTION, a.s.,
• 1. Schválenie programu mimoriadneho valného zhromaždenia obchodnej spoločnosti BENCONT COLLECTION, a.s.,
• 1. Schválenie rozhodnutia o zmene obchodného mena a v tej súvislosti zmeny stanov,
• 1. Iné,
• 1. Záver.

Rozhodujúcim dňom na uplatnenie práv pri akciách verejnej akciovej spoločnosti je tretí deň predchádzajúci dňu konania valného zhromaždenia v súlade s ust. § 180 ods. 2 ObZ.

Dokumentácia k jednotlivým návrhom uznesení, ktoré budú prerokované na tomto mimoriadnom valnom zhromaždení je k nahliadnuť v sídle spoločnosti.
