With reference to the stock exchange announcements dated 24th of march, 2026 regarding the exercise of options

Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret), the Company's share capital amounts to NOK 31,569,028.50, divided into 631 380 570 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
