Notice of Increase of Share Capital

With reference to the stock exchange announcements dated 15th of may and 18th of may, 2026 regarding the exercise of options

Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret), the Company's share capital amounts to NOK 34,304,274.80, divided into 686,085,496 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
