Susheel Nuguru, Board Member in Lokotech Group AS has today bought 138,500 shares in Lokotech Group AS at an average price of NOK 0.72 per share.

Deepali Yemul, Susheel Nugurus wife and related party, has today bought 665,000 shares in Lokotech Group AS at an average price of NOK 0.755 per share.

Following the transactions and following delivery of shares subscribed for with warrants, Susheel Nuguru, Board member of Lokotech Group AS, together with related parties, directly and indirectly holds a total of 1,902,181 shares.
