of may, 2026 regarding the exercise of options

Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(Nw. Foretaksregisteret), the Company's share capital amounts to NOK

34,304,274.80, divided into 686,085,496 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.05.
