Wiktor Miesok, a former board member, has exercised 1,000,000 options at NOK 0.4612 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 461,200 to Lokotech Group AS.
The exercised options represent all of the “repair options” granted
to Wiktor Miesok on 24 June 2025 in accordance with the company’s share option program. The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
