In 1994, Mathieu Lion, our founder and CEO, invented a truly revolutionary bar of soap that could really take the heat in the kitchen. This practical, long-lasting soap, which he named Déos, was made from stainless steel and eliminated dirt and odors through an innovative redox reaction.
