About Nasdaq Baltic

Exchange profile

NASDAQ Baltic, also known as the NASDAQ Tallinn, NASDAQ Riga, and NASDAQ Vilnius, collectively represents the stock exchanges of the three Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It is a joint initiative by Nasdaq, one of the world's largest financial technology companies, and the respective national exchanges in each country.

The NASDAQ Baltic exchanges provide a unified platform for trading and investment activities in the Baltic region. They offer a marketplace for trading various financial instruments, including equities, bonds, investment funds, and other securities. Companies from the Baltic states have the opportunity to list their securities and raise capital from domestic and international investors.

These exchanges operate under the supervision and regulation of their respective national authorities, such as the Financial Supervisory Authority of Estonia, the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia, and the Bank of Lithuania.
