The Wallpaper Division produces and distributes wallpapers and borders worldwide and is the larger of the two segments, accounting for more than 90% of Group sales. The wallpapers are predominantly produced in Germany by

A.S. Création Tapeten AG in Wiehl-Bomig. Wallpapers are also produced in Novoselje, Belarus. The other operating companies in the Wallpaper Division are pure distribution and trading companies without their own production facilities. They are based in England, the Netherlands, France and Russia. The Furnishing Fabrics Division distributes curtains and furnishing fabrics as a publishing company without own production and is headquartered in Germany.
