In accordance with the Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of important shareholdings in listed companies, EXMAR NV announces that SAVEREX NV (controlling company – controlled by Nicolas Saverys) disclosed today that the call-options granted to SOFINA SA, were ended. The agreement to act in concert as stipulated in article 3§1, 13°C of the law of 2 May 2007 is therefore terminated.
Exmar holds 4.94 % and Saverex holds 54.33 % of the Exmar shares.

Conform de Wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in emittenten waarvan de aandelen zijn toegelaten tot de verhandeling op een gereglementeerde markt, meldt EXMAR NV dat zij vandaag in kennis werd gesteld door SAVEREX NV (controlerende vennootschap – gecontroleerd door Nicolas Saverys) dat de call-opties verleend aan SOFINA SA werden beëindigd, zodat het onderling overleg in de zin van artikel 3§1, 13°C van de wet van 2 mei 2007 ophoudt te bestaan.
Exmar houdt 4,94 % en Saverex houdt 54,33% van de Exmar aandelen.
