EXMAR NV (Euronext Brussels: EXM, the "Company") has decided to investigate possibilities for raising financing in the international institutional bond markets.

The Company believes the current market conditions provide an opportunity to diversify its sources of funding at attractive terms which will further strengthen the Company's balance sheet in light of the upcoming projects that are currently being pursued by its commercial teams.

EXMAR gelooft dat de huidige marktomstandigheden gunstig zijn om haar financieringsbronnen verder te diversifiëren aan aantrekkelijke voorwaarden, om zodoende haar balans verder te verstevigen met het oog op toekomstige projecten waaraan momenteel gewerkt wordt door onze commerciële teams.
