The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (hereinafter, the _#8216;Company', _#8216;Issuer'), presents in the annexhereto the selected preliminary consolidated financial data of BenefitSystems Capital Group for the fourth quarter of 2021.

The presented financial data are estimates and have been prepared basedon the current knowledge of the Management Board of the Issuer. Theprocess of auditing the books by an independent auditor has not beencompleted and, therefore, the final figures are subject to change.
