The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 9 October2024 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Benefit Invest Ltd. - an entity closely related to: MrJames van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and MrMichael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, aboutsale of 10,421 shares in the Company at PLN 2,500 per share, on 8October 2024;
