The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 23 May 2023they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz, Member of the Management Board ofthe Company, about sale of 1,000 shares in the Company at PLN 1,340.00per share on 22 May 2023.
