The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 16 March2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Benefit Invest Ltd., an entity closely related to: Mr.James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company andMr. Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,about a sale of 5,000 shares in the Company at PLN 535.00 per share on15 March 2022.
