Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the"Company") hereby announces that on 18August 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of theMAR Regulation from Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely relatedto Mr. James Van Bergh - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of theCompany, about sale of 2 500 shares in the Company at PLN 660.0304 pershare on 17 August 2022.
