Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 7 on the agenda ofthe Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 10 August2023, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 31/2023 of 14July 2023, the Company received from Nationale-Nederlanden PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its seat in Warsaw acting on behalf ofNationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - shareholder of theCompany (_quot;Notifier_quot;), a recommendation of Ms Katarzyna Kazior for amember of the Supervisory Board of the Company (_quot;Candidate_quot;).
In the appendix the Company provides the Candidate's CV received fromthe Notifier.
The Notifier informed, that the Candidate meets the independencecriteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 onstatutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
