Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory BoardTheManagement Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(_quot;Company_quot;) announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda ofthe Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 29 June 2023, asreferred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023,the Company received from Allianz Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny -shareholder of the Company, a recommendation of Ms Aniela Anna Hejnowskafor a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company (the _quot;Candidate_quot;).

In the appendices the Company provides the Candidate's resume and CVreceived from the Notifier.

The Notifier informed, that the Candidate meets the independencecriteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 onstatutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
