Publication relating to a transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc.

(Article 14, 1 st paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings)

1. Summary of the notification

On 24 November 2025, pursuant to Article 14, 1st paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Aedifica NV/SA has received a transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc. (having its registered offices at 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001, USA).

BlackRock, Inc. has notified that its voting rights linked to securities (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) in Aedifica have crossed the threshold of 5 % of voting rights on 21 November 2025. BlackRock, Inc. now holds 5.02% of voting rights linked to securities and 1.15% of voting rights through equivalent financial instruments (according to the previous notification of 7 November 2025, it held 4.78% of voting rights linked to securities and 1.19% of voting rights that may be acquired upon the exercise of equivalent financial instruments). The aggregate percentage held by BlackRock, Inc (securities conferring voting rights and voting rights through equivalent financial instruments) amounts to 6.17%.
