1. Summary of the notification
Pursuant to Article 14, 1st paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Aedifica SA announces that it has received a transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc. (having its registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY 10055, USA) on 23 September 2022.
BlackRock, Inc. (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) has notified that its voting rights linked to securities in Aedifica NV/SA have crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting rights linked to securities on 22 September 2022. BlackRock, Inc. now holds 5.04% of voting rights linked to securities and 0.38% of voting rights that may be acquired upon the exercise of equivalent financial instruments (before, according to the previous notification of 21 September 2022, it held 4.93% of voting rights linked to securities and 0.49% of voting rights that may be acquired upon the exercise of equivalent financial instruments). The aggregate percentage held by BlackRock, Inc (securities conferring voting rights and equivalent financial instruments) amounts to 5.41%.
