Nathalie Charles

Independent Director

Member of Aedifica’s Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committee since March 2026

Nathalie Charles (1966) obtained a Master in Engineering at Ecole Polytechnique de Paris.

Afterwards, she held various positions at several banking groups before spending 12 years at the Unibail-Rodamco Group (now URW) in the office and retail property sector and on major development projects in Paris and the regions. After having been Group Real Estate Director at EDF from 2008 to 2013 and Head of Development and Country Teams at AXA IM Real Assets from 2013 to 2019, she became Deputy CEO and Global Head of Investment Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate, overseeing a portfolio of €30 billion AUM in Europe.

In 2011, Ms Charles has been awarded the distinction of “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur”. In addition, she is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. Currently, she is also a member of the Board of the Directors at both Gecina and BEPIF, respectively located in France and Luxemburg.

Nathalie Charles joined Cofinimmo’s Board of Directors in May 2024 as Independent Director and took up a similar role in Aedifica’s Board of Directors, including the Audit and Risk Committee, in March 2026.
