Mirjam van Velthuizen-Lormans

Independent Director

Member of Aedifica’s Board of Directors since March 2026

Mirjam van Velthuizen-Lormans (1972) obtained a degree in Healthcare Policy and Management (BMG) at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

She has over 25 years' experience in the healthcare sector, covering both clinical care and healthcare infrastructure. This experience was gained, among others, at Rivas Zorggroep and at UMC Utrecht, where she was a member of the Executive Board.

In 2021, Ms van Velthuizen-Lormans became a member of the Executive Board of ProRail, taking up the role of Chief Financial Officer. In addition to this position, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of Jeroen Bosch Hospital and the Spoorwegmuseum, both in the Netherlands.

Mirjam van Velthuizen-Lormans joined Cofinimmo’s Board of Directors in July 2024 as Independent Director and took up a similar role in Aedifica’s Board of Directors in March 2026.
