Ann Caluwaerts

Independent Director

Member of Aedifica’s Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee since March 2026

Ann Caluwaerts (1966) obtained a Master in Civil Engineering Electronics at KU Leuven before starting her career at Lernout & Hauspie as a software developer and product manager.

She then accumulated over 30 years’ experience in the international and local telecom and media industry at respectively BT Group and Telenet. From 2011 onwards, she held several Executive Committee roles at the latter company, including Chief Corporate Affairs and Chief Corporate Development Officer.

In 2016, she became a member of IMEC’s (Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre) Board of Directors, and in 2023 she joined Bpost Group’s (now bnode) Board of Directors, sitting on the Strategic and Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Moreover, she has been sitting on the Board of Directors of ECS since June 2025 where she chairs the Nomination and Renumeration Committee.

In addition to being the Chair of the STEM platform in Flanders, she is also an Advisory Council member of Vario, advising the Flemish government on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Ann Caluwaerts joined Cofinimmo’s Board of Directors in May 2025 as Independent Director and took up a similar role in Aedifica’s Board of Directors, including the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in March 2026.
