Convocation to the Annual General Meeting

Shareholders, Directors and the statutory auditor of Aedifica SA are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 October 2013 at 15:00 PM at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie located avenue Louise 91-93 in 1050 Brussels.
