Milano, 24 settembre 2021 – Si rende noto che, nell'ambito delle indagini preliminari condotte dalla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Monza aventi ad oggetto l'operazione di integrazione societaria di AEB, il Pubblico Ministero, volendo svolgere accertamenti tecnici non ripetibili su supporti informatici già oggetto di sequestro, ha notificato alcune informazioni di garanzia. Dall'avviso si è appreso che tra gli indagati risultano taluni amministratori e manager del Gruppo A2A. I provvedimenti non riguardano né l'attuale vertice della società quotata, né A2A, né società del Gruppo A2A.
La Società, nel manifestare piena fiducia nella magistratura inquirente, conferma il convincimento circa la correttezza del proprio operato.

Milan, September 24, 2021 – Be it known that, within the preliminary investigations carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of the Tribunal of Monza regarding the corporate integration of AEB, the Public Prosecutor has notified certain warrants in order to pursue technical unrepeatable checks on technical devices already subject to judicial seizure. Certain managers and directors of the A2A Group appear to be investigated. Such measures do not concern neither the top management of the listed company, nor A2A, nor any of the companies of the A2A Group.
The Company, while expressing full confidence in the judicial investigations, confirms to be convinced of the correctness of its actions.
