Nuova Procedura Operazioni con Parti Correlate
Milano, 25 Giugno 2021 – Nel corso dell'odierna riunione, il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha approvato – previo unanime parere favorevole del Comitato Parti Correlate – la nuova Procedura per le Operazioni con Parti Correlate con efficacia dal 1° luglio 2021, apportando all'attuale testo procedurale gli adeguamenti volti a recepire le nuove disposizioni regolamentari adottate dalla Consob con Delibera n. 21624/2020 e i miglioramenti formali e sostanziali intesi a migliorare l'efficienza applicativa della relativa disciplina, che entreranno in vigore in pari data.
Il testo aggiornato della Procedura è in corso di pubblicazione sul sito internet della Società.

New Procedure for Related Parties Transactions
Milan, June 25, 2021 – During today's meeting, by a unanimous favourable opinion of the Related Parties Committee, the Board of Directors approved the new Related Parties Transactions Procedure with effect from 1 July 2021, amending the current procedural text as necessary to reflect the new regulations adopted by Consob in Resolution No. 21624/2020 and the formal and substantial improvements designed to improve the efficiency of application of the related rules, which will enter into effect on that same date.
The updated text of the Procedure is in the process of being published on the Company's website.
