Milano, 7 agosto 2021 – A2A S.p.A. comunica che, in data 6 agosto 2021, il Prof. Vincenzo Cariello ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dal ruolo di Lead Independent Director per sopraggiunti improvvisi motivi personali.
Resta fermo il forte impegno del Prof. Cariello quale consigliere indipendente e componente di comitati della Società.

Milan, 7th August 2021 – A2A S.p.A. announces that, on August 6th, 2021, Prof. Vincenzo Cariello has resigned as Lead Independent Director, due to sudden personal reasons.
The strong commitment of Prof Cariello as an independent director and member of the Company's committees remains firm.
