The Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) includes the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion Cannes, Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf St-Barth*, and the Casinos Barrière Le Croisette Cannes and Les Princes Cannes.

Today SFCMC consists of 3 hotels totalling 565 rooms, suites and cottages, 2 casinos (350 Slot Machines and 38 Games Tables), 8 restaurants (including three on the beach) and 9 bars, close to 100 events per year, 1 spa, 1 unique private projection room, over 700 employees and €142.1 million turnover in the 2016 fiscal year.

The Desseigne-Barrière family has a 60.51% share in SFCMC, Fimalac Développement holds a 10 % share, 23.34% is held by Casinvest** and 6.15% is public (the SFCMC is listed on the leading Euronext Paris market).
