PROODEFTIKI S.A., a family business founded in 1960, is a European-Greek based civil engineering and general construction company specializing in roads, dams, real estate development and civil engineering works. In 1992 the Company has entered in the Athens stock exchange in which is still trading. The major Shareholder Konstantinos Koutlas holds above 50% of the shares.

The successful construction approach is based on a combination of own resources and aggressive subcontractor administration, accurate cost control and low overhead.
