Primo Real Estate joint-stock company for real estate business was registered in the court register on September 15, 2020, with headquarters in Zagreb. With the recapitalization of the company in the amount of HRK 161 million, AZ pension funds acquired an ownership share of 99.9%.

The main activity of Primo Real Estate dd is the purchase, rental and management of real estate, i.e. the generation of rental income. Business plans and strategy for further business development of Primo Real Estate, as a platform for investing in commercial real estate, along with further expansion and development of business in the commercial real estate sector, include listing on the Zagreb Stock Exchange within a period of no more than one year from the recapitalization, which shows the company's readiness to transparent business and the application of high standards of corporate governance.
