MLK Foods Group is controlled by Polish and other EU, US and also Ukrainian investors through the Cypriot public holding company MLK Foods PCL, which shares are listed at Warsaw Stock Exchange since December 2010.

The Group’s production assets are located in Ukraine. The total annual milk processing capacity of the Group exceeds 0.5 million tons.
