Parent Company of the Group is Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A., which was established in November 1986 by Mr. Stavros Kiriacoulis, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis and Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis. Its registered office is situated in the municipality of Alimos-Attica at 7 Alimou Ave.

The Parent company’s principal activity is the exploitation of its own yachts. The Parent company’s fleet consists of 2 different categories of sailing yachts:

- Monohulls: sailing yachts, which have one float (hull).
- Catamarans: sailing yachts, which have two floats (hulls).
