In ifirma.pl, invoices can be issued in any browser and on mobile devices, and then sent by email or post. In addition, the service offers a free online warehouse and CRM module, with statistics for monitoring income and expenses in the form of clear charts, debt collection, a database of contractors, a HR and payroll module and a repository of company documents.

The service is integrated with Allegro and the most popular e-commerce platforms. Users of ifirma.pl can also generate e-declarations to the tax office and annual PIT based on data from the system.

The service also offers the services of ifirma.pl accounting office, which has a license to conduct accounting activities and relevant liability insurance.
