Galimmo Real Estate, a retail property operator linked to Louis Delhaize, a leading European retail group, is a real estate company specialising in retail property and the development of shopping centres in Europe. Through its subsidiaries organised by country, Galimmo Real Estate operates a total of 66 shopping centres adjoining Cora hypermarkets, located in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Romania. The value of its portfolio (excluding rights) amounts to 1.1 billion euros at 31 December 2020.
