"Exclusive Property" REIT was established in 2006. as a joint stock company with a special investment purpose, which, in accordance with the rules and conditions of the Law on Special Purpose Investment Companies (ZDSITS), carries out activities to invest cash collected through the issue of securities in real estate ( real estate securitization). In order to satisfy exclusive client interests, the company focuses its activities on a clearly defined market segment - the construction and operation of first-class office buildings and luxury residences.
