Since 1995 the American concern The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has become the strategic investor in the Company and currently it holds indirectly, through Goodyear Holdings S.à r.l based in Luxembourg approximately 87.251% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's registered office is located in Dębica (Podkarpackie province), where the tire factory is also located. The company operates in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC. Tire Company Dębica S.A. does not form a capital group.
