Company Description

The Company's purpose as specified by L. 2367/1995, is to participate in the capital of other companies. To fulfil such purpose, the Company may (i) invest in equity and debt issued by companies in Soci?t? Anonyme form, or shares issued by Limited Liability Companies, (ii) provide guarantees to investee firms in order for them to raise debt, and (iii) place its liquidity in deposits and/ or financial securities in Greece and abroad. CNL Capital EKES-AIFM is regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as an Alternative Investment Fund under L. 4209/2013 with license number 2/813/5.4.2018.
