Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank

We are the largest bank in the Basel area and one of the leading banks in Northwestern Switzerland. Currently, more than 850 people work for us; 40 of them in an apprenticeship or internship.

Our share capital amounts to CHF 217 million. Of this, CHF 160 million is owned by the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. The remaining CHF 57 million are distributed on the capital market in the form of BLKB certificates with a nominal value of CHF 100 each. The sole voting rights are held by the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, which is liable for the bank's liabilities in accordance with the law (state guarantee).
