Company Description

Asuntosalkku is a residential investment company. Our portfolio includes approximately 2,000 selected small individual apartments in condominiums in good locations, mainly in the capital region of Finland and in Tallinn, Estonia.

Our business includes identification and careful selection of investment targets, portfolio management and an efficient outsourced leasing process. In addition, we sell our apartments from time to time when economically justified.

Established in 2018, the Asuntosalkku Group comprises the parent company Asuntosalkku Oyj and three wholly owned subsidiaries: Asuntosalkku Suomi Oy, Linnakodu OÜ and Suomen Asuntovarainhoito Oy.
