About Sense Bank

Company Description

Sense Bank is a technology-driven bank that provides innovative products and services for different types of customers: from individuals to corporations.

Sense Bank is one of the largest Ukrainian banks with the international capital.

The Bank was founded in 1992; since 2001 it had been operating under the name of JSC Alfa-Bank. In 2022, following the decision to dissociate itself from the Alfa-Bank brand, the Bank changed its legal name to JSC Sense Bank, unveiling a new brand identity.

Since 2004, the Bank has been a member of ABH Holdings S.A. (ABHH), the privately-owned investment holding company headquartered in Luxembourg. ABHH has invested in a number of financial institutions. On October 31, 2016, UniCredit Group, an Italian banking group operating in 17 countries, became a minority shareholder of ABHH.
