Albena AD operates a number of subsidiaries and affiliated companies, such as: Byalata laguna AD (the White Laguna), Ekoplod EOOD, Tihiya kat AD, Albena tur EAD (Albena tour AD), MTs Medika Albena EOOD, Eco Agro AD, Ekostroy AD, Primorsko klub EAD, and Interskay AD, among others. The Company has also a Switzerland-based Hotel des Masques, which provides transportation, medical care, balneology, building and tour operation services and a Romania-based Visit Bulgaria EOOD.
