NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL
(Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of CONSOB Regulation 11971/1999)
Milan, May 24, 2021- Following on from the press release issued on May 18, 2021, WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; WIIT.MI) announces the new composition of the share capital following the stock split at a 1:10 ratio, approved by the WIIT Shareholders' Meeting of May 5, 2021 (the minutes of which were filed at the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Companies Register on May 18, 2021) and executed today. The amount of the share capital is unchanged at Euro 2,652,066.

The updated By-Laws of the Company have been filed today with the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Companies Register and will be made available to the public in accordance with the law and regulations.
A list of shareholders with shareholdings greater than 5% - who have obtained multi-vote rights and are included in the Special List referred to in Article 7.2.(b).(ii) of WIIT's By-Laws - updated to reflect the change in the number of ordinary shares of the Company following the above-mentioned stock split, is reported below:
