Milano, 13 maggio 2026 – WIIT S.p.A. (“WIIT” o la “Società”; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), uno dei principali player europei nel mercato dei servizi di Cloud Computing per le imprese focalizzato sull’erogazione di servizi continuativi di Private e Hybrid Cloud per le applicazioni critiche, comunica, a seguito dell’iscrizione della delibera dell’Assemblea degli azionisti del 29 aprile 2026 di annullamento di n. 1.680.000 azioni proprie WIIT (l’“Annullamento”), il nuovo numero di azioni componenti il capitale sociale di WIIT e il nuovo numero dei diritti di voto.
Di seguito viene rappresentata l’attuale e la precedente composizione del capitale sociale con evidenza della relativa variazione (precisandosi che le azioni emesse dalla Società sono prive di valore nominale espresso):

Change in the number of shares issued and voting rights

Milan, 13 May 2026 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0005440893; WIIT.MI), one of the main European players in the Cloud Computing market of enterprises demanding uninterrupted Private and Hybrid Cloud services for critical applications, announces, following the registration of the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting of 29 April 2026 for the cancellation of no. 1,680,000 WIIT treasury shares (the "Cancellation"), the new number of shares and the new number of voting rights.
The current and previous composition of the share capital is shown below, with evidence of the relative changes (the shares issued by the Company have no express nominal value):
