CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL ANNOUNCEMENT

(Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of CONSOB Regulation 11971/1999)

Milan, June 17, 2021 – WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; WIIT.MI) announces the new composition of the share capital, fully subscribed and paid-in, following the conclusion of the private placement, through "accelerated bookbuilding", concerning, inter alia, 1,500,000 newly issued ordinary shares, without par value, from the share capital increase with exclusion of pre-emption rights as per Article 2441, paragraph 4, second section, of the Civil Code approved by the Board of Directors on June 7, 2021 and announced to the market on June 7 and 8, 2021.
