Deed signed for incorporation of Foster S.r.l. into WIIT S.p.A.

Milan, October 15, 2019 – Following on from that previously announced to the market, WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "company"), a leading Italian Cloud Computing services for enterprises player, focused on providing uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, announces that the deed was today signed for the merger by incorporation of Foster S.r.l. ("Foster"), whose share capital is entirely held by WIIT. The merger shall be effective from the deed's filing at the Milan Companies Registration Office. The tax effects shall however run from January 1, 2019.

The merger by incorporation deed will be available to the public on the company's website, in the governance/documents section (https://www.wiit.cloud/it/), and on the "eMarket Storage" authorised storage mechanism.

The notarial aspects of the merger were handled by the Zabban Notari Rampolla & Associati firm.
