Documentation related to the share capital increase operation reserved to institutional investors made available to the public

Milan, 8 June 2021 – Following what was communicated on 7 June 2021, WIIT S.p.A. (the "Company" or "WIIT"; WIIT.MI), a leading European player in the Cloud Computing market for enterprises demanding uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, announces that the following documents are available to the public, at the registered office of WIIT, on the Company's website (https://www.wiit.cloud/it/), in the "Investors / Capital Increase 2021" section, as well as at the authorized storage "eMarket STORAGE" ():

• the Illustrative report of the WIIT BoD pursuant to art. 2441, fourth paragraph, second period of the civil code;

• the report of the auditing company Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. pursuant to art. 2441, fourth paragraph, second period of the civil code and art. 158 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998; - the minutes of the meeting of the WIIT BoD held on 7 June 2021.
